苏州古镇旅游发展模式探究

摘要：近年来,古镇旅游逐渐受到游客的欢迎，苏州作为江南古镇的典型代表及成功发展地区，在旅游业蓬勃发展的同时，也遇到了不少问题。通过分析苏州各大古镇旅游发展现状及发展中存在的问题，探究不同地区的古镇旅游发展模式。通过分析古镇发展成功的案例，提出古镇发展的可行的战略，提出古镇旅游的新模式，以期对苏州古镇旅游业的发展具有一定的参考意义，促进苏州古镇旅游的可持续发展。93337

在我国，古镇的概念起源于二十世纪八十代末。许多学者专家开始研究古镇并对古镇的概念提出了自己的见解。如同济大学的朱晓明、中国民间文艺家协会冯骥才等专家学者以及中国古村落保护与发展委员会都提出了不同的见解，但其见解有一定的片面性。综合各个学者的见解，古镇的概念就是：在一定自然和人文环境下形成的，并有着一定的历史，有着独特的民族文化特色，浓厚的历史风貌并且保存完整，同时具有丰富多样的文物、古迹、古建筑留存数量，能够反映着某个地区社会经济发展状况，思想文化风俗的村镇。

2 国内外古镇旅游的探究现状

2。1国内发展的现状

古镇旅游的研究开始于二十世纪八十年代末，而九十年代间对古镇旅游的研究并不是太多。1997年开始，关于古镇旅游的文献开始增多，古镇旅游真正作为研究主题进入探究范围，进入21世纪后，人们更加关注古镇旅游，相关的研究不断出现，各种文章更是层出不穷。特别是在2005年过后，研究古镇的文献纷纷出现。由此，将古镇旅游的研究历程分为四个时期。

2。1。1古镇研究初始阶段

从1987年到1996年，人们已经认识到古镇旅游资源价值，但是并没有形成古镇旅游研究。学者大多将古镇作为旅游资源，研究区域旅游的规划开发和保护。如1990年马岳平发布的关于木渎古镇保护的《苏州木渎风景区保护环境有成效》。
