江苏苏北旅游扶贫开发研究

摘要：随着世界旅游业的快速发展，旅游在带动各个地区的经济发展以及贫困人口脱贫方面的作用日益显著。苏北作为在华东地区江苏省的一部分，位于发达地区中经济贫困的区域，贫困问题较为典型。本论文首先是对旅游扶贫的背景和意义出发，分析了国内外相关研究；其次，介绍了旅游扶贫的相关概念及相关理论基础；接着通过对苏北的基本概况、资源特色和旅游扶贫开发现状及存在的问题等进行分析，提出了政府主导型、社区参与型、市场运作型、区域合作型的战略体系，形成了构建旅游扶贫保障体系、贫困人口收益机制、扶贫多方位发展以及开发特色旅游产品的发展对策。92076
