摘要 ：我国的房地产营销理论在经过数十年摸索前行不断创新,以更加符合中国房地产市场的姿态实现了自身的蜕变,已经不再是仅仅将传统营销理论应用于房地产营销领域,而是通过越来越关注中国房地产市场的特点和对中国消费者行为的分析和研究进而制定营销策划方案。本文选取万科翡翠天地项目做进一步房地产市场营销的探究，立足当前房地产发展的大环境,对项目的自身特点进行挖掘分析，通过对项目宏观和微观环境的分析并以此为依据确定目标客户和目标市场，目标客户和目标市场的确定对广告推广、定价策略、促销策略等营销策略组合方式等提出具有指导意义,最终制定出项目的营销策划方案。91383
