江北新区软件配套服务中心地块可行性研究报告

摘要：进行投资决策的参考依据有很多,如开发周期、地块情况、开发难度、项目的位置、投资回报等等,但真正能做到系统理论分析的,就只有项目的可行性研究。它可以提高投资决策水平和项目利润率，降低建设投资风险，是项目投资决策的重要理论依据。本设计是以南京江北新区软件配套服务中心地块项目为例，结合各种研究资料，对该项目进行全面的分析研究，项目所在地区的经济环境、周边环境、发展规划等，项目周边其它楼盘项目进行调查和对比，对项目在整体市场的地位及发展态势、开发市场潜力及所存在的问题进行评价。依据本文，项目作为江北中高端办公区，具有一定的优势，未来发展具有一定的潜力，可以看出本项目拥有较强的可行性。 90693

Abstract: Investment decision-making has a lot of reference,such as the location of the project, the situation of the land, the difficulty of development , the cycle, of development, the return of investment , and so on,however,only the feasibility study of the project has done the systematic analysis。 It can improve the level of Investment decision-making,reduce the risk of construction,and improve the profit margins of the project。This article takes the project of the software service center in the new area of jiangbei as an example,with the combination of various research datas,such as the economic environment, the surrounding environment, the planning of development ,and etc。 The investigation and comparison of the other surrounding building projects will help us evaluate the overall market status and development trend,the potential and existing problems of market-developing。 (On the basis of this article)This project is considered as a high-end office space in nanjing jiangbei and it has certain advantages and potentials in the future development,therefore it is evident that this project is very feasible。
