摘要：采用实证研究的方法，对太仓市 X 社区的志愿服务组织进行实地调查。研究发现， 太仓市 X 社区属于行政主导型社区，社区内的志愿服务组织存在着资金不足、集中关注特 定群体、行政式作风、社区志愿服务形式化、工作人员专业化水平不高、缺乏有效支持等 问题。针对这些问题，从筹集资金能力、服务人群、社区发展方向、组织人才水平、志愿 激励机制、组织与政府和其他利益相关方的关系、社会支持等方面提出相应对策，分析社 区志愿服务组织未来发展的方向。85586

Abstract:By using the method of empirical research of taicang city X community volunteer service organization for on-the-spot investigation。Study found that taicang city X belongs to administrative leading community, the community volunteer service organizations  have problems such as insufficient funds, focusing on specific groups,  administrative style, community volunteer service formalization, staff specialization level is not high, lack of effective support, etc。 To solve these problems, the ability to raise funds, service people, community development direction, organization talent level, volunteer incentive mechanism, organization and the relationship between the government and other stakeholders, social support and other aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures, analysis of the community volunteer service organization for the future development direction。

1 研究背景
