摘 要：乡村概念性规划设计具有的美丽、特色和绿色的特点决定了其发展旅游的可能性，小镇发展旅游适应了市场变化和经济发展模式调整的趋势，展现出具大的发展潜力，旅游业将会成为乡村未来发展的动力之一。以江苏省淮安市涟水县美丽的保滩小镇规划为例，综合保滩镇现有的丰富的农业、土地、景观资源及便利的交通因素去探索乡村特有的生态资源，充分挖掘乡村综合化发展产业和跨越化利用农村资产，建立淮安首个乡村田园综合体，为都市中快节奏生活的人们营造一处舒适的、充满创意体验的生态乐园，并将其重点从建立特色的CSA基地、现代农业示范区，策划特色的文化创意区、营造特色的乡村养生度假区等方面融入到美丽小镇生态旅游的特色塑造中，从而提供一种独立市区，具有明确产业定位、文化内涵、旅游和一定社区功能的发展空间平台，融合了文化、景观、产业、创新等元素，形成小镇优产业、小镇宽平台、小镇厚文化的发展格局。85533
