摘要：随着经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平得到了很大的改善，人们的个人意识发生了变化，使得旅游人数逐年上升 ，从而促进了旅游行业的飞速发展，进而造成了旅游行业人才短时间的大量欠缺，导游的职业道德素质就值得考量了。本文主要以问卷调查法来研究浙江省导游的职业道德素质，找出浙江省导游的优点和缺点，进而针对缺点进行分析研究，并且给出相应的提升浙江省导游职业素质的相关意见和建议。85388
