摘要：利用南京市郊区农户问卷调查数据，研究大城市郊区农户对于永久基本农田的保护意愿及其影响因素。结果表明：受访农户参与永久基本农田保护的意愿不高，运用二元Logistic回归模型分析发现受访农户的保护意愿并非完全取决于耕地的经济效益，也受其拥有的社会保障和政策认知影响，按其影响程度由大到小分别为：是否在城镇购买住房、是否了解永久基本农田、农业收入所占比、对目前的农业补贴看法、从业特征、耕地流转所占比、文化程度、务农人数所占比、人均耕地面积与家庭纯收入。为提高农户永久基本农田保护意愿提出如下建议：加强永久基本农田政策的宣传引导，加大对大城市郊区农业的扶持力度，构建以培养农户综合素质为主激励机制。25556

Analysis on Farmer’s Protection Willingness of Permanent Prime Farmland and Its Driving Factors around the Metropolis——A Case study in Nanjing City
Abstract： Using a survey dataset from suburban farm households in Nanjing, this paper analyzes their protection willingness and its driving factors to protect permanent prime farmland. It shows that their willingness to protect is not high. Based on the logistic model, it’s found that their willingness not only depend on the economic benefit of farmland, but also their social security and policy cognition. the following factors is sorted by their effect level: urban house buying condition , cognition of permanent prime farmland, agricultural income share ratio, views on the current agricultural subsidies for farmers , type of work , farmland transfer share ratio, education level, farm-related employment, per capita farmland and farm households’ net income. In order to improve farm households’ willingness to protect permanent prime farmland, we should strengthen the policy propaganda and give more support to suburban agriculture around the metropolis, and gradually build incentive mechanism focusing on cultivating comprehensive quality of farm households.
