摘  要近年来，随着休假政策的调整以及消费者旅游需求的急剧增长，使得快速飙升的游客人数成为大多数旅游景区或旅游目的地所面临的挑战之一。本文以文献资料法和逻辑分析法为研究方法，以旅游拥挤为研究对象，首先完成对旅游拥挤的定义和特点的阐述，然后分析旅游拥挤的危害，其次找出旅游拥挤的原因，最后提出如何利用网络信息技术解决旅游拥挤的对策。当前旅游拥挤会损害旅游目的地的形象，影响游客旅游质量，破坏旅游目的地环境及旅游资源，同时影响社会治安和游客安全，本文认为旅游拥挤的原因是因为景区监控工作不到位，相关预警信息发布难，人工售票检票效率低以及游客疏导分流工作不科学及时，因此可以充分利用网络信息技术解决旅游拥挤。88518

The congestion management of scenic spot in the net work era
Abstract In recent years, with the adjustment of vacation policy and the rapid growth of consumer demand, the rapid increase in the number of tourists has become one of the most popular tourist destinations or tourist destinations。 The research method of this paper with the method of literature and logical analysis, to travel congestion as the research object, firstly complete the definition and characteristics of this tourist crowded, then analyzes the harm tourism crowded, then find out the reasons of tourism congestion, and puts forward how to use network information technology solutions to tourism crowded finally。 The current travel congestion will damage the image of tourism destination, influence tourists' quality, the destruction of the environment of tourism destination and tourism resources, and the influence of social security and the safety of tourists, this paper think the reason is because the crowded tourism scenic area monitoring is not in place, the early warning information release difficult, low efficiency and artificial ticketing site to pert tourists persion work not scientific timely, so it can make full use of network information technology to solve travel congestion。
