摘要近年来，我国的慈善事业在不断发展的同时也遭遇到了很多的问题。“中国式慈善”这一现象的屡屡发生，不仅对我国民众参与慈善造成了消极的影响，更是对于我国慈善事业发展脚步的巨大阻碍。那么又是什么原因使得我国的慈善事业频频“亮起红灯”呢？本文通过分析我国慈善事业发展当中出现的一些问题，发现了一些“中国式慈善”这一现象所产生的原因，并通过在将我们当代的慈善事业与我国古代对比、与国外对比中，不断的剥离出“中国式慈善”这一现象的本质。最后，我们发现“中国式慈善”这一现象是由于儒家思想所造成的。儒家思想在经过历朝历代统治者的改造后，更加符合统治者的利益，它压制了民众的民主性，更别说让民众去监督官方组织了。所以，如何克服儒家思想在我国民主性上的消极影响，拓宽民众的监督渠道，才是解决“中国式慈善”这一现象的关键！关键词 慈善 监督 儒家 根源 22363

Title Root cause of Chinese-style charity
Abstract
in recent years, our country's philanthropy in continuous development at the same time also encountered many problems. The phenomenon of "Chinese-style charity" is often happen, not only had a negative effect on our people to participate in the charity, especially the huge obstacles for our charity development steps. Then what makes our country's philanthropy frequently flashing red light? In this article, through analyzing some problems in the development of philanthropy in our country, found some "Chinese-style charity" the causes of this phenomenon, and in our contemporary philanthropy and contrast of our country ancient time, compared with foreign, from "Chinese-style charity" continuously the essence of this phenomenon. Finally, we found that the "Chinese-style charity" this phenomenon is caused by the Confucianism. Confucianism after the modification of rulers who lived in ages past, more in line with the interests of the rulers, it suppressed the people's democracy, but not to mention the people to supervise the official organization. So, how to overcome the negative influence of Confucianism in the democracy in China and broadening the channels for the supervision of the people, is the key to solve this phenomenon of "Chinese-style charity"!

1.引言
我国改革开放的全面发展，全国经济水平的飞速提升，我国的慈善事业也随之发展起来。但是目前我国的慈善事业的发展也遭遇到了很多的阻碍。我国慈善机构的数量不多，规模也相对来说较小，并且在这种情况下慈善机构的管理、运作也出现了很多的问题。与国外的慈善事业相比，我国的慈善事业不仅相对滞后，而且慈善事业发展到后来也变了“”。例如国人之间在做慈善事业的过程中以捐款金额论英雄，这导致了很多虚假慈善现象，如在发布会上对大众宣布捐款之后只实现了一部分或者完全不实现对捐款金额的承诺。不光如此，富豪之间的攀比也阻碍了更多的普通人捐款，普通人会认为他们的力量还不如富豪的万分之一，捐款与否影响不大；也有普通人有捐赠之心，却因为大家的攀比心理而自己却没有做大金额捐赠的能力，害怕被人嘲笑，从而退却。这些现象严重阻碍了慈善事业在中国的生存与进一步的发展，也严重阻碍了中国社会主义现代化建设的脚步。 中国式慈善的根源研究+文献综述:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_14968.html
