[摘要]：连锁超市越来越成为全国商业领域各种零售业态中增长最快的业态之一，构筑成现代化城市的风景线。同时“连锁超市呼唤现代物流”也已经成为人们的共识。一个系统、规范、流畅、创新的物流配送体系，可以给连锁超市带来降低成本、扩大销售、稳定货源、减少库存、增加业绩、促进发展、统一运作等好处，使连锁超市实现理想的经济效益。本文针对连锁超市发展的现状以及龙岩米兰春天连锁超市的物流配送体系，指出配送中心的重要作用，更进一步对米兰春天现有的物流配送体系进行分析，提出发展建议。22230
