摘要:环境影响评价作为一项法律制度为我国的环境保护工作做出了卓越的贡献。研究输变电工程的环境影响评价有利于避免中国电网发展所带来的一系列环境问题。本次环评的对象是上海顾路500kV变电站扩建工程。环评中主要内容包括:环境质量现状评价、运行期环境影响预测评价、施工期环境影响评价。本项目运行期的主要环境污染因子有:声环境影响评价、地表水环境影响、固体废弃物影响评价。根据运行期中声环境的检测结果,得出本项目的声环境和污水符合国家法律要求。施工期的主要环境污染因子有:噪声、扬尘、废水和固体废弃物,暂无生态环境污染。经过现场踏勘、数据资料收集和施工初步的分析,得出本项目的生活污水、扬尘及施工期的相关环境影响符合国家要求。20494

Environment Impact Assessment on power transmission project
Abstract: Environmental impact assessment as a legal system has made outstanding contributions to the country’s environmental protection. Studying on environmental impact assessment on power transmission project helps to avoid environmental problems brought by the development of China Power Grid. The object of EIA is the expansion of the 500kV Gulu transformer substation in Shanghai. Contents include: Environmental quality assessment; Prediction and assessment of environment impact; Environmental impact assessment of construction period. The main environmental factors of this project operation period include: environmental impact assessment on noise; environmental impact assessment on the surface water; environmental impact assessment on solid waste. According to the monitoring results of the sound environment of operation period, it can be concluded that the project of sound environment and wastewater meets the requirements of national laws. The main environmental factors of this project construction period include: noise; raise dust; wastewater and solid waste. There is no impact on the ecological environment. After researching field reconnaissance, collecting basic data and making preliminary analysis of construction, it can be concluded the related environmental sewage, dust and construction period of the project is in line with the national requirements.
