摘要本文运用定量的研究方法，采用殷恒蝉等（2004）编制的《注意力测验》量表及自制的问卷，通过对南京市4所小学中四年级小学生的调查，描述了民工子弟小学生注意力的四个主要品质（注意转移、注意分配、注意广度、注意稳定性）的现状；并通过因子分析归纳分析了影响注意力品质的主要因素：自身评价、学校教育、家庭状况、同辈群体。从生态系统理论视角出发，解释讨论了影响注意力品质发展的相关因素。并提出改善注意力的社会工作介入策略，希望对民工子弟小学生的注意力改善起到一定的借鉴作用。19591

Title Research on the learning attention of migrant children in primary school
Abstract
My paper has used quantitative research methods, adopted the <Attention Measurement> scales (made by Yin Hengchan, etc in 2004) and self-made questionnaire as the main measuring tool. Through investigations on the migrant children in grade four of 4 primary schools in Nanjing, the paper has described four main qualities of attention on migrant pupils
(attention transfer, distribution of attention, attention span, attention stability).The paper also has analysised the main factors that affect the quality of attention through factor analysis, including their own evaluation, schooleducation, family status and peer groups. From the ecosystem theory perspective, the related factors affecting the development of attention quality are discussed. At the end, the paper put forward the social work intervention strategies to improve the attention of learning, hope to have some reference to migrant elementary student's attention.

1.1 研究背景
