摘要本文通过对安靠线缆公司线缆产品在码头装载中的实际调研，针对线缆盘码头配载中的少数量类似规格的多到站港口线缆盘配载和多规格多数目的线缆盘配载问题，采用预先设计配载方案的方法，规划线缆盘在船舱中的放置空间，提高配载效率，降低配载中的决策错误，以达到减少订单交付错误的目的。基于线缆盘的存放和运输规则和码头配载货物的一般规则，根据民船的船舱和线缆盘的规格数量等信息划分放置区域，再根据装卸时对船体平衡的影响，确定线缆盘的具体放置位置，完成最终的配载方案。根据二维装箱中的BL算法启发得到一种新的配载规则，在实际案例中运用证明其是可行的，并与现有方法比较，分析出了两种发法的适用情况，丰富了线缆盘码头配载的方法。86563
