摘  要在信息化环境下，运用信息技术对中小企业采购成本进行控制，可以有效的降低采购成本。本文首先介绍了采购总成本模型和采购成本控制方法。其次，介绍了信息化的特点和信息化环境下中小企业采购成本控制内容。第三，分析了信息化环境下中小企业采购成本问题，并提出相应对策，诸如对信息安全的管理、和供应商建立长期合作的关系、重视信息化采购人才的培养、提升信息平台的实际可操作性。最后，以金盘电气公司为例，分析其采购现状、问题，并从采购理念、绩效评估、人才培养、供应商合作等方面提出完善对策。86298

Research on the purchasing cost control of small and medium-sized enterprises under the information environment

Abstract In the information environment, the use of information technology to control the procurement costs of small and medium-sized enterprises, can effectively reduce the cost of procurement。 Firstly, this text introduces the total cost of procurement model and the methods of procurement cost control。 Secondly, it introduces the characteristics of Informationization and the control of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises procurement cost  in the information environment。 Thirdly, it analyses the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises procurement cost in the information environment, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures。 Such as the management of information security, establishing long-term cooperation relationship with supplier, paying attention to the cultivation of information technology procurement personnel, and enhances information platform for the actual operation。 Finally, it makes Jinpan electric company as an example, analyses its procurement status and problems, and from the concept of procurement, performance evaluation, personnel training, supplier cooperation, put forward the proposed countermeasures。
