摘要：21世纪是科技飞速发展的时代，竞争激烈、创新倍出，这样的时代需要具有创新意识、创新能力，并能够解决实际问题的人才。本科生参加教师科研课题有利于培养学生的创新精神、提高学生的创新能力和实践能力，能够全面提高本科生的综合素质。但是由于相关的规章制度不完善、学校的学术氛围不浓厚、学生对参与科研课题的观念不正确等一系列问题，高校本科生参与教师科研活动的积极性和参与率非常低。基于这些问题应该出台相应规章制度加强管理；建立本科生创新实践基金；学校提供丰富的资源、创造良好的学术氛围；培养本科生对科研的兴趣和自我创新精神。
