摘要：数字化信息时代，互联网应运而生，新兴媒体如博客、微博、论坛和微信成为反腐倡廉的有力手段和新型监督方式。相对于传统媒介，新媒体突破了技术缺陷，扩大了交流互动的深度和广度，弥补了监督漏洞。同时科学有效地预防、监督和规范政机关行为，有效地维护了政国家各级机关的先进性和纯洁性。从目前新媒体反腐机制来看，还存在网民素质良莠不齐，对反腐的认识不够深刻、缺乏责任感等不足。针对之，领导人员在关注“官方主流媒体民主”的同时，更应该关注“网络民主”。75110

Research on the Mechanism of Anti-corruption Under the New Media Environment。

Abstract: On digital information era, the Internet came into being。 Emerging media such as microblogging, blogs, forums and micro channel have become a powerful tool for combating corruption and a new form of supervision。 Compared with traditional media, new media can break through the technical defects, expanding the breadth and depth of interaction to make up for the loopholes in the supervision。 At the same time, new media can scientifically and effectively prevent, supervise and regularize the act of the party and the behavior of  governments and also effectively maintain the advanced nature and purity of the party and government organs at all levels。At present, in the new media anti-corruption mechanism, there are still different level of netizen, lacking of understanding about corruption and sense of responsibility。 Then,at the same time of attention of "the official mainstream media democracy", leadership should be concern of "cyber democracy"。
