摘要：思想政治教育在我国革命和改革时期都发挥过重要作用，尤其是1978年十一届三中全会的召开，思想政治教育伴随着改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的逐步推进也逐渐发展的更加完善。在经济、政治、文化方面都具有重要价值。但是随着我国改革开放逐渐进入深水区,社会主义现代化建设也到了攻坚阶段，思想政治教育原本所具有的价值已经不能很好的满足社会发展的需要，必须要结合新的方针政策创新其价值。除此之外，根据思想政治教育价值发挥的实际效果来看，它的价值还是多停留在理论上，实践效果不佳。因此还需要更多的途径来促进思想政治教育价值的发挥。32921

Abstract：Along with our country reform and open policy gradually into the deep water area and socialist modernization construction entered a crucial stage ,the original of the ideological and political education is not very good to satisfy the needs of the development of society. we must innovate the value of ideological and political education combine with new party policies. In addition, according to bring out the value of the ideological and political education ,ideological and political education value or stay in theory ,practice effect is not good. so need more ways to promote the ideological and political education value.

前言
随着改革开放的不断深入，社会主义市场经济进一步发展，各国思想文化不断交融交锋，价值取向多元，思想观念多样，西方国家不断进行文化渗透。思想政治教育作为我国宣传主导意识形态的主要手段，扮演着越来越重要的角色。除此之外，思想政治教育作为上层建筑的一部分对于经济基础和上层建筑的其他部分都有很大的反作用。为了更好的发挥思想政治教育的价值，在全面建设小康社会，全面深化改革，实现中华民族伟大复兴的今天，我们不仅要研究思想政治教育传统价值，更要创造新价值，满足不断变化发展的社会的需要，使其真正发挥其生命线作用。
