摘要随着社会的进步，保修问题日益受到重视。建筑工程的保修问题也受到国家的重点关注。我国法律法规在《房屋建筑工程质量保修办法》、《建筑法》中明确规定了建筑工程的保修方法。建筑工程在验收交付使用后出现质量方面的缺陷和问题，施工单位应该予以保修。但是在现实生活中建筑工程所产生的质量问题却往往得不到及时的处理。因此，对工程保修问题的研究具有非常现实的意义。50129
本文在论述工程保修基本理论基础上，从业主维权意识、工程保修责任，保修期限，保修金等几个方面去探讨分析分析了工程保修的有关问题，并针对这些问题提出了一些对策和处理方案。最后，通过实例对建筑工程保修存在的问题和处理就行了论证。

Abstract Along with the progress of the society, the warranty problem is becoming more and more attention. Construction project warranty problem also is focused on by the state. China's laws and regulations in the "housing construction quality warranty approach", "building law" specific provision in the construction method of the warranty. Construction project after acceptance of delivery quality defects and problems, the construction unit should be warranty. But in real life of architectural engineering quality problems often can not get timely treatment. Therefore, the study of engineering warranty problems has the very realistic significance.
