摘要民营企业的蓬勃发展促进了经济发展，提高了国民富裕程度。民营企业发展中，企业的规模差异、发展不平衡、资金不足等问题日益明显，民营企业先天不足、融资成本高、抵押担保缺乏有效凭证、融资方式单一、创业板市场不健全等造成了民营企业融资困难，所以寻求更多的金融支持对民营企业来说是当务之急。本文通过对民营企业现状的分析提出了构建优良金融环境的建议，即必须由改善融资环境、构建合理的法律法规体系来发挥金融对民营企业的支持作用。49241

Research on Financial Supports of the Development of Private Companies 

Abstract  Nowadays,the private companies’ good development advanced the economic development and improve the national wealth of we chinese.But with the development of private enterprises, most issues such as the size of private enterprises，unbalanced development and lack of money are  obvious day by day. Private enterprises are congenitally deficient and with deficiency of high cost, lack of collateral effective credence,single financing ways and the GEM is in bad condition,they all cause private companies have difficult in finance and need to solve them at once. This article says a proposal to build a good financial environment by analyzing the current situation of private enterprises.To develop financial support,it must be made to improve the financing environment of private companies,build a reasonable system of laws and regulations,establishing information disclosure system play a role of financial institutions for financial support of the private companies.
