淮安市健身俱乐部动感单车运动开展现状调查与分析

摘要：采用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法等进行研究。随机抽取淮安市规模和经营相对完善的三家健身俱乐部中动感单车参与者200人，动感单车教练员21人，俱乐部管理者3人为研究对象，进行调查与分析。结果显示：动感单车教练员的整体素质和专业水平不高；动感单车数量满足不了会员的需求；动感单车教练员人才流失性较大；动感单车参与者不了解动感单车运动。在以上的基础上，加强动感单车运动知识的宣传和普及；增加动感单车的数量；提高教练员的专业水平，注重专业机构的培训；减少专业的人才流失的同时引进新的教练人才，壮大整个教练团队，增强健身俱乐部的经营制度管理，落实医务监督问题，吸引更多的会员参与到动感单车运动中来。94710
