沥青路面微表处养护技术研究应用+概述摘要+施工工艺
摘要随着我国高速公路使用期的延长，将陆续有一批高速公路将进入文修养护时期。微表处(micro-surfacing)是一项经济有效的预防性养护技术。
本课题在结合工程实践，借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上，开创新的研究内容和研究方法，对微表处所用的材料及微表处混合料设计进行详细研究。对改性沥青的乳化机理进行探讨，分析影响改性乳化沥青综合性能的因素，研究改性乳化沥青与不同性质集料的配伍性，选择合适的乳化剂，并确定其合适的用量。分析乳液储存稳定的机理，评价稳定剂的种类及剂量对改性乳化沥青稳定性及其他性能的影响，并提出合理有效的改善措施。对微表处原材料的选用及其技术指标进行试验。对微表处设计方法进行了研究。

Analysis stable emulsion storage mechanism, evaluate stability of the type and dose of modified asphalt emulsion stability and other properties, and provide a reasonable and effective improvement measures. Making trials for selection of the raw materials and technical indicators . Do the reserch for Microsurfacing design methods.
