特大桥48米箱梁预制与架设

Abstract: Based on the Yellow River specil bridge 48m sections assembling post—tensioned prestressed concrete span box beam in construction of the Research and Application .Detail introduced 48m sections assembling post—tensioned pre-stressed concrete span box beam sconstruction process , the technical control main point and the movable-supported bridge-building equipment construction main point. It is found that this technique is not only safe and advanced but also adapt to the middle span box beam construction, which has a good application foreground and popularized value.毕业论文http://www.youerw.com

随着新技术、新工艺、新材料和新设备的广泛应用,中国的铁路桥梁建设取得辉煌的成就,同时对今后桥梁的建设也提出了更高的要求。虽然我们在铁路桥梁修建过程中积累了丰富的施工技术经验,但是随着桥梁跨度的不断增大,对施工技术的要求越来越高,同时对桥梁施工设备也提出了更高的要求[1]。
本论文结合黄河特大桥48米节段拼装后张法预应力混凝土简支箱梁的施工过程,详尽的介绍了48米箱梁和移动支架造桥机的制作工艺流程及技术要点。采用该施工技术不仅
能克服其他传统施工工艺的缺点,还能节省工期、降低造价,相比其他施工技术具有无可比拟的优越性。
1 工程概况本文来自优^文*论-文|网包西铁路通道在包头附近越黄河,黄河特大桥位于包头市南侧,紧邻市郊,里程范围:DK14+332—DK18+222,是本线上的重要桥梁,桥梁起于黄河北大堤,跨越黄河,为满足行洪,通航(规划Ⅳ级)及跨越黄河大堤的需要,全桥孔跨布置依次为:
北岸引桥:3×32m预应力混凝土简支箱梁(跨黄河大堤)+3×32m预应力混凝土简支T梁+29×48m预应力混凝土简支箱梁。
主桥:8×108m简支钢桁梁。
南岸引桥:20×48m预应力混凝土简支箱梁+5×32m预应力简支混凝土T梁+1×48m预应力混凝土简支箱梁(跨黄河大堤)+3×32m预应力混凝土简支T梁。
包头侧台前墙里程DK14+332.89,鄂尔多斯侧台前墙里程DK18++223.00,全桥长3918.06m,全桥中心里程DK16+227.95,全桥共有72墩2台,均按双线一次建成。
    工程由中铁十九局承建。
