黑社会性质组织犯罪问题研究 摘要：近年来，黑社会性质组织犯罪在我国显现出抬头的趋势，并且在全国各地已形成为数不少的黑社会性质组织，这对我国的经济建设以及构建和谐社会都带来了严重的冲击与破坏。目前，我国黑社会性质组织犯罪还存在罪名设置不完备、不统一，量刑幅度偏轻，财产刑设置不全面，程序法相关制度不健全这些问题，要想解决上述问题，应从完备、统一罪名设置，提高量刑幅度，完善财产刑设置，健全程序法相关制度以及联合国家和地区，形成统一战线着手。
