1.1 研究背景及意义
随着我国发展模式转型、体制深层次转轨、政府职能转变和城市化进程的不断
加快，一些企事业单位的社会职能逐步被剥离，致使一部分单位人变成了社会人， 以
及大量的农村务工人员涌入城市， 使现行城市社区的社会管理和服务工作面临许多新
情况、新问题,如计生、优抚、救助、服务、流动人口管理、环境卫生等。就当前社
区建设的情况来看，体制、理念、政策等方面依然存在制约社区发展的问题，阻碍了
社区建设的快速发展。
这其中，影响了中华民族几千年的儒家传统文化和思想依然存在于社区，并体现
在社区居民的日常活动和社区管理中。其中的精华如：孝心文化，仁爱，礼给和谐社
区建设带来了积极的影响，但与此同时，传统文化的糟粕如封建陋俗、重男轻女等思
想也扎根在社区这片土壤中。 这些积极或消极的文化因素都或轻或重的影响着社区的
发展。 本文希望通过文献研究和调查研究来正确的认识儒家传统文化和思想对现代社
