To this end, this paper first analyzed and studied the different kinds of teaching material management system at home and abroad, and then made a comparison between the past traditional manual management mode and current computer management mode of teaching material. From it we can read out the feasibility and necessity of computer management mode. Then through the traditional manual management teaching pattern analysis, the bugs and errors that may occur in manual management mode of school teaching material illustrated. Put forward several parts in computer management mode that the system must complete, especially the accuracy of the data.
In this paper, on the premise of ensure the accuracy of the data, focusing on trying to make system based on Web way in the Myeclipse. By the Jsp page at the front desk connecting to the background Mysql database to reach the corresponding operation. The author tried and continuously improved the system through the system feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, system development requirements, database design, as well as the overall system design. Finally, through the theory of software testing production system to conduct a comprehensive test, the objective evaluation obtained. And from the test, the author realized the significance of system implementation and the parts that deserved to be improved, as well as its development prospects in the future.

改革开放三十余年，伴随着计算机技术的蓬勃发展，越来越多的大学、高校都逐步的开始推进自身数字化校园的建设，几乎每一个学校的每一个管理部门都通过计算机来管理日常的工作，大幅提高其自身的管理水平、工作效率，加快其现代化进程。
对于任何一个学校来说，教材管理一直都是一项复杂、烦琐的工作，同时，教材管理系统又是学校教务管理体系中一个不可或缺的组成部分。其中教材信息能否准确、及时的传递到使用者的手中，直接体现了整个教学环节的流畅程度以及学校的教学管理水平，而教学管理的水平，又直接影响到了学校教学工作执行是否顺利、教学质量是否达标、人才培养是否优秀。传统的教材管理手段往往都是通过人工手动的记录在纸质文件上，这样一来，诸如字迹不清、纸张磨损等情况一旦发生，就很难使其回复其原来的面貌，了解其当时的状况。此外，伴随着教材版本的日新月异、学生人数的不断增长，不同教材的需求量也随之大幅提高，因而，再使用传统的手工管理的方式已经不可能满足现今的需求，使用计算机来代替人为手工管理的模式既是迫在眉睫又是势在必行。随着校园网的普及，给教务处进行教材管理提供了一个优秀的平台，利用计算机网络交流迅速，信息传递准确的特性来满足教材管理所需要的大量的数据，不但方便了教师和学生了解和领取所需要的教材，同时又让学校教务处能够迅速的捕捉到教材领取的信息，并将其登记在系统中，使得这条信息能够长期的保存。如此一来，教材管理人员不仅可以从以往繁重的日常手工作业的方式中得到解脱，降低劳动疲劳，还可以规范化和信息化教材管理的工作，增强数据与数据之间相互的关联性、准确性、可靠性，加速了信息检索的速度，大大地提高了工作的质量和效率，实现自动化、网络化的管理，能够实时反馈出当前教材管理的情况。 JSP+mysql教材预定和发行管理系统开发与设计(2):http://www.youerw.com/jisuanji/lunwen_1196.html
