根据贝恩分类法，如果行业内前4大企业的市场份额之和小于30%，或者前8大企业的市场份额之和小于40%，则该行业为竞争型。然而国内OA前4大企业市场份额之和绝对不会超过10%，显然，OA行业的竞争是十分激烈。目前很难说清国内OA前4大企业是哪几家，但从综合市场和品牌竞争力来看，点击、合强、用友致远、新思创、金和、协达等应是属于第一阵营。
