3. 设计原则
化工装置是由单元设备以及系统的、合理的方式组合起来的整体。化工装置的设计必须同时满足下列要求:
(1) 安全
化工生产中大量物质是易燃、易爆或者有毒性的。因此,设计必须充分考虑各种明显的和潜在的危险,保证生产人员的健康和安全。
(2) 操作方便
在确定各个生产过程及设备的同时,还要合理确定操作条件。因为它对生产过程与设备的确立及其作用的发挥和控制方案的确定,都有直接关系。
(3) 经济性
除了个别情况的生产装置是从产品的社会效益出发外,其余的装置不仅应该有利润,而且其技术经济指标应该有竞争性,即要求经济地使用资金、原材料、公用工程和人力资源。
4. 设计条件 
(1)丙烯酸甲酯的生产量:5千吨/年
(2)甲醇的转化率:60%
(3)酸醇的摩尔比:4:3
(4)反应的温度:75℃
(5)精馏塔:塔顶产品组成:99%(摩尔分数,下同);
                 塔底产品组成:0.5%
(6)年工作生产时间:按300天计;

First, in the chemical production, through transporting chemical industry design aspect knowledge and the method, may realize to the chemical factory (workshop) rebuilding and extension, carries on the productivity to the unit operation equipment or the entire installment to demarcate with the technology economic indicator evaluates; carries on the appraisal to the technical process; discovers the weak link and unreasonable phenomenon as well as excavation productive potential and so on. Second, in scientific research, since childhood experimental to experimental enlargement, down to the investment industrial production, all cannot leave the design. Enhanceing the design’s quality and speed is the crucial promoter action to the capital construction enterprise development.
In brief, the chemical design plays an important role in the new factory (workshop or installment) construction, the old factory transformation and the small scale experimental or the medium scale experimental installment.     This design has referred to below the national standard and the stipulation.
a. Production process dangerous material and harmful factor classification and code.(GB/T13816-1992)
b. Commonly used dangerous chemistry classified standard.(GB13690-1992)
3.Principle of design and main design standard
3. Principle:
(1) Safe: In the chemical production the massive matter are flammable, explosiveor are virulent. Therefore, the design must fully consider each kind is obvious and the latent danger, the guarantee production personnel's health and the security.
(2) Ease of operation: While determines each production process and equipment, but also must reasonably determine the operating condition. Because of it to the production process and the equipment establishment and it’s the function display and the control plan determination, all has the direct relations.
(3) Investment province: Namely the request economically uses the equipment investment, the construction invests, the public project investment and the manpower cost.
(4) Is advantageous for the installment: The factory arrangement should satisfy the construction and the installment work request. Specially should consider the large-scale equipment the hoisting, in the factory the path pavement structure and the load standard and so on should satisfy the work the request.

(5) Distillation:

(6) Makes the datum by 1 day, according to 100% purity for computation basis.
