摘要
随着信息科学技术的飞速发展，办公自动化系统在技术和应用上都得到了更高层次的发展，人们逐渐意识到对办公管理系统的运用可以使日常办公工作更加方便、快捷和高效。而办公活动重要性的日渐突出,也引起了企业管理者的普遍重视，他们越来越感觉到没有信息技术支持的企业管理是力不从心的，因而办公自动化系统应运而生。长期以来,人们对以纸质文件为中心的传统办公方式习以为常。这不仅耗费了大量的人力、物力、财力，而且效率低、时效性差、容易出错，不利于企业长期稳定、高效的发展。然而应用新型的办公自动化系统能够将人从繁琐、无序、低序、低端的工作中解放出来从事核心事务，整体提高了企业办事的工作效率和对信息的可控性，很好地规范并改进了现有的企业管理，降低了办公成本，提高了执行力，使管理趋于完善，企业更具有竞争力。

System Using Visual studio2005 as a development platform, ASP.NET and C# as a development language, SQL Server2005 as the database, implementation schedule management, document management, messaging, and other functions. Meet the requirements of the office automation system can help enterprises improve efficiency.
