ABSTRACT As small and medium-sized enterprises in china's rapid development, small and medium-sized enterprises to our economy has been an increasingly important role. However, in recent years in the development of smes are faced with great difficulty, if the small and medium-sized enterprises financing problem of this phenomenon is not sufficient to improve the small and medium-sized enterprises will be difficult to sustainable and rapid development, will directly affect the whole of the economic development. So small and medium-sized enterprises, our urgent need to find a way out of the finance. Private financial and regular financial comparison, it's directly in the form of direct borrowing or private money or pawn, etc. Private financing is provided at present the most efficient and reasonably practicable, the financing channels, which can effectively resolve the issue of sme financing is difficult to promote small and medium enterprises development. First, this text will analysis the present situation of finance and the reason of the financial problem.Then,this text will analysis the problem of private financing about small and medium-sized enterprises of Chongqing. 1990年以来，我国中小企业得到了迅猛的发展，对我国国民经济的贡献率不断提高。目前，我国约有99％的企业是中小企业。中小企业对GDP的贡献超过60％，对税收的贡献超过50％，提供了75％以上的城镇就业岗位，中小企业在经济发展中的作用举足轻重。但是，最近几年，我国中小企业的发展面临着很大的困难。影响我国中小企业发展的最重要的因素是中小企业融资渠道狭窄、融资数量少、融资结构不合理、融资成本高。大力发展中小企业已成为我国复苏经济，扩大就业的重要途径，所以，我国迫切需要找到一些对策与出路来解决中小企业融资难的问题。为解决我国中小企业的融资难题,我们必须创新融资模式,民间融资就是一种较好的融资新模式。民间融资是以民间信用为基础的一种非正规金融活动。相对于正规金融而言,它是一种游离于国家金融体系之外的融资方式。当前,在我国经济多元化发展格局和银行信贷资金局部供给短缺的情况下,民间融资已经成为国家投资、金融机构贷款之外的重要融资途径之一。民间融资的发展对于弥补正规金融机构业务经营不足,缓解资金供需矛盾,促进中小企业发展等有着积极的一面,但同时也会给经济的发展带来一定的影响。剖析民间融资的现状和成因,分析民间融资的利弊,研究提出规范民间融资的对策和建议,对于我国合理利用民间资金,促进中小企业快速、健康发展具有十分重要的现实意义。
