蚕豆幼苗对废电池胁迫的响应研究 摘  要:以蚕豆幼苗为实验材料,采用土培法,研究了不同浓度的废电池浸出液对蚕豆幼苗抗氧化酶(POD、CAT、SOD)活性,游离脯氨酸及可溶性蛋白含量的影响,探讨了蚕豆幼苗对废电池胁迫的响应。实验结果显示,废电池处理导致蚕豆幼苗的POD活性降低;较低浓度的废电池处理导致SOD,CAT的活性增强,游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量升高;高浓度的废电池液处理,蚕豆幼苗酶活性减弱,渗透调节物质含量降低。结果表明,蚕豆幼苗对低浓度的废电池液造成的重金属胁迫有抗逆能力,高浓度的重金属胁迫会对其造成毒害。

Study on Response of Vicia faba Seedling to Used Battery Stress
Abstract: The thesis used vicia faba seedlings as experimental material with soil culture to investigate the effect of different concentrations of waste battery leaching solution (WBLS) on seedling growth, the activity of antioxidant enzymes (POD, CAT, SOD), free proline, and soluble protein content on plant growth. The result showed that WBLS reduced the activity of POD, while the activity of SOD and CAT and the content of free proline and soluble proteins increased under the treatment of low concentration of WBLS, but then decreased with high of concentration of WBLS. It could be concluded that vicia faba had marked resistant ability to the stress of low concentration of heavy metals from WBLS, but the high concentration would damage the seedlings.
