摘要丑柑是一种芸香科柑橘属植物,口感好,营养丰富,富含微量元素,在市场上大受欢迎。 黄酮化合物主要存在于柑橘类水果中,其抗氧化作用原理是清除自由基和超氧化物,猝灭单 线脂质过氧化等。因黄酮化合物具有降低血糖、血脂、抗炎、止咳化痰、镇痛止泻的作用, 在保健、医药、食品等领域具有广阔的应用前景。

到目前为止,对柑橘皮中黄酮类化合物的提取和应用研究还不多,尤其在黄酮单体成分 分析与鉴定、生物活性研究等方面的研究还不够深入和系统。本研究通过超声辅助有机溶剂 萃取法丑柑皮中的黄酮类化合物,并用液相色谱法检测不同时间采摘的丑柑皮中的黄酮物质 的种类及其含量。黄酮类化合物的合成与积累受其自身遗传因素和环境的影响,为了避免自 身遗传因素和环境的影响,在研究中取同一地点的同一植株上的丑柑果实,对丑柑皮(从   10 月至 12 月,每半月采摘一次)进行了从挂果期到成熟期的黄酮类物质的研究。目前对不 同生长期的丑柑皮中的黄酮类化合物的种类、含量及其活性的比较研究还没有系统深入的报 道。因此,研究不同生长期时丑柑皮的黄酮类化合物成分动态变化规律,为进一步有效利用 这一宝贵的植物资源奠定基础。

发现橙皮苷在 10 月中旬至 12 月底其含量变化较显著,12 月中旬时含量最高,达到9。726%;芸香柚皮苷在 11 月中旬达到峰值,约为 0。243%;川橙皮素也在 11 月中旬出现峰值,含量约为芸香柚皮苷的 3 倍,之后略有降低但始终高于芸香柚皮苷的含量;橘皮素在 11 月初达到 0。268%,随着采收期延长逐渐降低至 0。178%。如丑柑皮中橙皮苷为目标黄酮类 物质则应选择 12 月中旬为采摘期;芸香柚皮苷和川橙皮素应在 11 月中旬采摘,含量最高;89156

Abstract‘Shiranuhi’ belongs to the Rutaceae citrus, due to the variety taste good, succulent and rich in nutrients, It is popular in market。 Flavonoids are mainly found in citrus fruits, the antioxidant principle is to remove free radicals and superoxide, quenching single-line lipid peroxidation。 Because flavonoids have lower blood sugar, reduce blood fat, anti-inflammatory, relieve cough and phlegm, analgesic and antidiarrheal effect, it has broad application prospects in health, medicine, food and other fields。

So far, extraction and application of citrus peel flavonoids are not  many, especially in the analysis and identification of monomer components in flavonoids, and the research on biological activity is not deep enough and systematic。 In this study, the flavonoids from ‘Shiranuhi’ peels were obtained by ultrasonic assisted  method, and the types and contents of flavonoids in ‘Shiranuhi’ peel were measured by liquid chromatography。 The synthesis and accumulation of flavonoids are affected by their own genetic factors and the environment。 In order to avoid their own genetic factors and the impact of the environment, in the study to take the ‘Shiranuhi’ peel from the same place, the same plant(from October to February next year, every half of the month) from the fruiting period to maturity studies of flavonoids。 At present, there are no systematic reports on the species, content and activity of flavonoids in the different growth stages。 Thus, the flavonoid component dynamic changes of the study of different growing ‘Shiranuhi’ peels, in order to further the effective use of  this valuable plant resources of the foundation。

The study showed that Hesperidin in mid to October to the end of December its content was more significant, in mid-December when the highest content, reaching 9。726%; Narirutin reached its peak in mid-November, about 0。243%; Nobiletin also peaked in mid-November, the content of Narirutin about 3 times, and then slightly lower but always higher than the content of Narirutin; Tangeretin reached 0。268% in early November, with the extension of harvest decreased to 0。178%。 When Hesperidin is needed, it should be chosen in mid-December for the picking period; Narirutin and Nobiletin should be picked in mid-November, at which time they are the highest。 Tangeretin was the highest in early November。源Y于U优I尔O论P文W网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201-8766
