新建住宅区安装工程的危险性分析与对策 摘要：我国的快速发展也带动着建筑行业的发展并一直作为我国国民经济发展中的支柱产业。但是，一直以来建筑行业在生产施工中安全事故的发生屡见不鲜。虽然近年来随着国家领导对于安全生产的重视，使得建筑施工的安全管理工作得到了快速发展。但是我们仍然落后于国外的同行们。如何在获得利润的同时把施工安全事故降到最低，是我们接下来需要去努力实现的。本文通过某新建住宅区的为研究对象，重点研究其在安装工程的施工中所存在的安全隐患，对其中的危险、有害因素进行辨识，通过几种评价方法对该工程进行分析，对得出的结果提出自己的建议和对策，希望能在一定程度上使该住宅区的机电安装施工中的安全管理工作更加出色。

Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of a New Residential Installation Engineering
Abstract: China's rapid development has also led to the development of the construction industry and has served as a pillar industry in China's national economic development. However, has been the construction industry in the production of construction safety accidents are common. Although in recent years with the national leadership of great importance for the safe production, makes the construction of the security management has been rapid development. But we still lags behind foreign peers. How to profit while construction safety accidents to a minimum, we next need to work hard to achieve. In this paper, a new housing study, focus on the security risks in the installation works, one of the dangerous, harmful factors in the identification and analysis of the project by several evaluation methods of draw the results of its own proposals and countermeasures, the mechanical and electrical installation and construction of the residential areas of security management work to a certain extent even better.
