Al-Ca-Fe脱氧剂的研究+实验结果+分析讨论 摘要:各种炼钢方法中通常是利用氧化法来除去钢中的大部分杂质元素和有害物质,这就使得氧化后期钢中溶入了过量的氧。过量的氧在钢液中凝固时将逐渐从钢液中析出,会形成夹杂物或气泡,严重影响钢的性能。铝脱氧效率高而且成本较低,因此钢用铝脱氧是目前使用最广泛的脱氧广泛,针对使用Al作为炼钢的脱氧剂,在实际采用Al复合金属作为脱氧剂的过程中,铝脱氧的反应产物及残留在钢中的铝常引起耐热钢的蠕变脆性,降低钢的高温强度。另外,连铸过程中易造成水口堵塞,所以要降低Al的用量,往往采用加Ca来减少纯Al的影响,本文来自优)文,论(文'网,毕业论文 www.youerw.com 加7位QQ324_9114找源文但是Al-Ca合金比重较低,它的使用效果比较差,所以为了提高Ca的收得率,采用加入Fe的方式来提高其收得率。本次试验拟采用制成Al-Ca-Fe合金的方式,通过混料设计制定脱氧剂配方设计方案,根据实际铝钙铁脱氧剂的粉化率及其脱氧效果获得最佳的脱氧剂配方。研究结果表明:
(1)Al-Ca-Fe合金的脱氧率为42.9%,Al-Ca合金的脱氧率为19.05%,Al(纯)的脱氧率为1.25%,说明Al-Ca-Fe合金脱氧效果也好与Al(纯)和Al-Ca合金。
(2)Al-Ca合金金相图单位夹杂物平均个数N1=0.017/um2,Al-Ca-Fe合金金相图单位平均夹杂物个数N2=0.001/um2,Al-Ca-Fe合金脱氧后的夹杂物远小于Al-Ca合金的脱氧后的夹杂物,说明Al-Ca-Fe脱氧钢后的纯净度比Al-Ca的脱氧效果好。
(3)粉化率与Al-Ca-Fe脱氧剂浓度的关系:
实验所得最佳配方为Al:Ca:Fe为30.83:19.17:50。

Excessive oxygen in the molten steel solidification will gradually be separated from the liquid steel, will form a inclusion or bubbles, a serious impact on the performance of steel. In addition, in the process of continuous casting is easy to cause the amount of nozzle clogging, so to reduce the al. Research results show that:
