本系统采用了B/S体系结构，以Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为前台开发工具，以Microsoft Sql Server作为后台数据库管理系统进行开发。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成设备管理的全过程，包括设备基本信息管理、设备文护管理、设备调拨管理、设备报废管理、查询统计管理、系统管理几大功能模块。
