摘要:随着社会的不断发展，信息技术的应用已经渗透到社会的各个领域，几乎任何事都可以利用计算机来解决。现在也把这一技术引到了校园，利用它来为学校服务，利用它来对学生进行管理，从而大大减少了学校的开支，同时使学校的管理信息化。基于这一切的好处于是开发了一个有关毕业生就业管理的系统，但只是模拟网上招聘的过程,帮助各大高校毕业生了解企业招聘的条件,更好地具备竞争意识.本系统是基于SQL Server 2000数据库与持界面功能的VB 6.0开发工具实现的。 在开发系统中,参照网上的招聘流程,力求给毕业生提供一个真实地网上应聘流程。因此,本系统具备了以下重要功能：系统管理员可以管理高校毕业生的各种信息，并为毕业生提供及时的人才需求信息，包括企业的基本概况、招聘要求等；企业用户可以及时更新公司的招聘信息,并对应聘的毕业生的基本信息的了解提供一个可靠平台,更好为“双向选择”服务；校领导可以通过相关的统计报表作出决策——专业的设置和课程改革等等。
