外源水杨酸对野生龙葵幼苗干旱胁迫的缓解效应

外源水杨酸对野生龙葵幼苗干旱胁迫的缓解效应 摘  要:以野生龙葵为材料,采用水培法,研究了不同浓度处理对干旱胁迫下野生龙葵幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫下,龙葵幼苗的株高、鲜重、根长、叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量减少,游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量增加;外施一定浓度的水杨酸能够增加幼苗的株高、鲜重、根长、叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量以及幼苗抗氧化酶活性,并降低游离脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量。由此可见,外施SA可通过提高野生龙葵幼苗抗氧化酶活性,减少膜脂的过氧化程度,文持膜系统的稳定性,缓解干旱对龙葵幼苗造成的伤害,并以1.0、1.5mmol/L外源水杨酸效果最好。

Effects of Exogenous Salicylic Acid Mitigating the Inhibition of Drought Stress to Wild Solanum Nigrum Seedlings
Abstract: Using “wild solanum nigrum” as the material, effects of the different concentration of salicylic acid on the growth of wild solanum nigrum seedling under drought stress were studied by hydroponic culture. The results showed as follows: under drought stress, the plant height, the fresh weight of plant, the length of root, and the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein were decreased than those of contral. The content of proline and MDA were increased. Exogenous SA application on the leaves significantly increased the plant height, the fresh weight of plant and the length of root, and the content of chlorophyll and soluble proteins, while the activity of many antioxidase were significantly increased, the content of proline and malonaldehyde (produce of membrane lipid peroxidation) were significantly decreased when the wild solanum nigrum seedlings were suffered from drought stress for 3d. These results show that exogenous SA can effectively keep cytomembrane stabilization and reduces the damage from membrane lipid peroxidation, by which mitigate the harmful effects from drought stress on plants, and promote the growth of wild solanum, and the effect of 1.0 and1.5 mmol/L SA were optimal.
