Distinguished leaders, teachers, Dear students:
Good evening! Very happy privilege to stand here tonight to share with you my touch. I feel honored to stand here while also felt a responsibility of a mission. With this mission, with all of my trust, encouragement and support, I take up the propaganda department of this glorious mission.
As propaganda minister, I deeply understand that the Propaganda Department is an important part of society. So, I will lead the publicity department to do our internal and external community organization and propaganda work, and strive to learn the external and internal communication between the community set up a bridge, so that more students benefit. In addition, the power of solidarity is great, so in the future life and activities, unity and good brother of the Propaganda Department of the sector. English club together to contribute to a better tomorrow.

大家晚上好！很高兴今晚有幸能站在这里与大家一起分享我内心的感动。站在这里使我感受到光荣的同时也感受到一份重任一份使命。带着这份使命，带着大家对我的信任，鼓励与支持，我担起了宣传部长这份光荣的使命。
作为宣传部部长，我深深懂得宣传部是我们社团的一个重要组成部分。于是，我将带领宣传部做好我们社团对内对外的组织宣传工作，努力使外部社会与内部学习交流之间架设一座沟通的桥梁，让更多的学生获益。另外，团结的力量是伟大的，所以在今后的生活与活动中，宣传部将团结好兄弟部门。共同为英语社团的美好明天贡献一份力量。
