永磁同步电机矢量控制研究

摘要永磁同步电机具有体积小、结构相对简单、效率高等优点,在交 流调速 系 统中越来越受到重视,其相关产品在工业生产与航天航空等领域也得到了广泛应用。因此研究出符合工业生产要求的永磁同步电机调速系统有着非常重要的意义。84121

本文首先介绍了永磁同步电机的发展历史、现状与趋势,然后分别在abc、、dq坐标系下建立了PMSM的数学模型,并介绍了矢量控制原理以及SVPWM调制原理。

其次,本文采用的电流控制方式建立控制框图,并根据理论分析利用仿真软件Matlab建立永磁同步电机矢量控制系统仿真模型,进行仿真分析,得到定子三相电流波形、波形、转速和电磁转矩波形。当负载转矩突增或突减,定子三相电流、、电磁转矩会随之而变化,然后达到一个新的平衡,变化比较小,大小仍在零左右。

最后,根据仿真结果可以得出,永磁同步电机矢量控制方法具有良好的速度和位置跟踪特性,响应速度快。

Title    Research on Vector Control of Permanent Magnet  Synchronous Motor                                               

Abstract Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has many advantages, such as small volume, simple structure, high efficiency and so on。 With these advantages, PMSM has taken more and more attention of AC speed control system。 Also, its related products in the industrial production and aerospace and other fields have been widely used。 Therefore, researches of permanent magnet synchronous motor velocity regulating system to meet the industrial needs have become very important。

In this paper, present situation and development trend of PMSM is introduced firstly, mathematical model of PMSM in different coordinate system is built, The vector control principle and the principle of SVPWM modulation are introduced in this dissertation。 The three coordinate systems contain abc frame, frame and dq frame。

Then, the control block diagram is established by using the current control mode of id=0。 Then the simulation model of PMSM control system based on the theoretical analysis is built with the simulation software named Matlab。 We take the waveform of the three-phase stator current、、 the rotation rate and the electromagnetic torque 。When the load torque increase or decrease suddenly, the three-phase stator current、 and the electromagnetic torque will follow the change, and then reach a new equilibrium。 ’s change is relatively small and the value is still around zero。 

Finally, according to the simulation results ,we can get the results that the vector control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor has good speed and position tracking characteristics and the response speed is fast。
