35kV变电站监控系统中告警事件生成与语音告警软件设计

论文重点分析和研究了现有监控系统实现语音告警的技术、实现方式和存在的问题。在阐述了在监控系统中应用TTS技术实现语音告警的可行性和优势

摘要在调研监控系统现场运行情况和用户对语音功能需求基础上,本论文重点分析和研究了现有监控系统实现语音告警的技术、实现方式和存在的问题。在阐述了在监控系统中应用TTS技术实现语音告警的可行性和优势后,本文研究和设计了监控系统中生成告警事件的一种方案,并构造了基本数据结构,采用“数据传递”和“功能接口”的程序结构,设计了一种结构简单、具有一定通用性的告警事件生成算法,对微软Speech SDK TTS进行了封装,开发了告警事件与TTS的接口,实现了语音告警功能。设计和开发了算法相应的程序和监视界面,以某35kV变电站监控对象做为仿真算例,仿真结果表明,方案和算法可行。论文也指出了不足之处,并展望了监控系统语音告警技术的发展趋势。9284

Alarm event Generation Algorithm and Speech Alarming Software Design
Abstract
Basing on the investigation of the monitoring system's actual running condition and users' demands for voice functions,this thesis analyzed and researched the technologies of existing monitoring systems for realizing speech alarm as well as existing problems.The feasibility and advantages of applying TTS in monitoring systems to realize speech alarm will be discussed in the thesis, and a scheme for the monitoring system to generate alarm events was designed as well. After building the basic data structures, a generating algorithm with a simple structure and certain versatility which is under a program construction of “data transformation” and “functional interface” was proposed in this thesis. In addition, by encapsulating the Speech SDK of Microsoft, the interface between TTS and alarm events was developed in order to realize speech warnings. Furthermore, to verify the feasibility of the scheme and algorithm, a program with monitoring interfaces based on the algorithm has been designed in the thesis and The simulation experience which took a 35kV substation as example show the effectiveness. Finally,the thesis discussed the shortcomings of the work as well as the foresights and development tendency of technologies of speech alarm for monitoring systems.
