PID双容水箱液位控制系统设计

摘要:本文使用北京亚控自动化软件科技有限公司的组态王 6.52 版本进行组态画面设计, 其中加入 PID 算法整定,使双容水箱液位得以实现定值控制。运用 Kingview 组态软件对 整个系统的画面进行绘制,然后实现该系统画面上的连接,之后再和实验平台上的双容水 箱直接通讯,通过串口连接实现软件本身与下位机之间的数据通信。同时可以提供液位的 报警以及实时曲线和历史曲线的记录。本文分为五个部分对双容水箱液位控制系统的软件 以及硬件两个方面作出细节性的论述。其中第一部分对水箱液位控制系统的研究目的及意 义,国内外的发展历史、现状及未来发展趋势。第二部分概述整个系统的构成以及所需的 算法进行介绍,对系统初步构造进行方案整合;接下来的第三部分将对接下来的系统建模 以及 PID 参数整定进行概述;然后第四部分将介绍组态王 6.52 版本软件以及双容水箱液 位定值控制系统进行画面设计及运行;最后一个部分将对系统的上位机与双容水箱进行连 接调试,进行实验收集实验结果。进行分析,最终使双容水箱液位定值控制系统的以完成。67323

Design of Liquid Level Control System for Double capacity

This paper is pided into five parts on the dual capacity of the tank level control system software and hardware to make a detailed discussion of two aspects. composition of the whole system and the required algorithm to introduce the system to the initial structure of the program integration; the next part of the third part of the system modeling and PID parameters will be outlined; and then the forth part will be introduced The kingview of

6.52 version of the software and double tank water tank level control system for the screen design and operation; the last part of the system will be the host computer and dual-capacity water tank connection debugging, experimental collection of experimental results.
