摘要随着现代科学技术的迅猛发展,非电物理量的测量与控制技术已越来越广泛地应用于航天、交通运输、机械制造、自动检测与计量等技术领域,而且也正在逐步引入人们的日常生活中。非电物理量的测量和控制技术会涉及大量的振动信号,在实际生活中振动信号的大小经常用加速度来度量,加速度一般通过压电加速度传感器进行测量。压电加速度传感器的输出需经电荷放大器进行变换(即电荷.电压转换),方可用于后续的放大、处理,因此电荷放大器是加速度测量中必不可少的二次仪表,设计性能良好的电荷放大器具有重要意义。60108

本课题控制部分以51单片机为核心,用数字量来控制模拟量。单片机检测键盘输入值,并赋予相应的参数意义;根据参数切换模拟开关选择相应参数电路,从而实现电荷的程控放大。硬件电路搭建模块主要有电荷放大、程控衰减、归一化电路、滤波电路,报警电路。

由于每一模块都进行过模拟仿真,并能实现相应的功能,以此通过本设计能够实现程控放大。最低截止频率为100Hz。时间常数有常、中、短之分。且具有电路简单、调节方便、体积功耗小和抗干扰性能好等优点,具有较高的实用价值。

Title   The Hardware Design of Controlling-program Charge  Amplifier                      

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, non-electric physical measurement and control technology has been more and more widely used in the field of aerospace, transportation, machinery manufacturing, automatic detection and measurement technology, but also people's daily lives are gradually introducedin.Non-electric physical measurement and control technology will involve a lot of vibration signals, the size of the vibration signal in real life is often measured in terms of acceleration, the acceleration is generally measured piezoelectric accelerometer. The microcontroller detects keyboard input value, and give the meaning of the parameters; parameter switching analog switch to select the corresponding parameter circuit in order to achieve programmed zoom in charge.Hardware circuit structures module charge amplifier, a programmable attenuator, the normalization circuit, the filter circuit, the alarm circuit.

Since each module are simulation and can achieve the corresponding functions, this can be achieved through the design program to enlarge. The minimum cut-off frequency of 100Hz. The time constant of the points of the regular, medium and short. And the circuit is simple, easy to adjust the volume low power consumption and anti-jamming performance, with a high practical value.
