摘要1991年,英国焊接研究所(The Welding Institude)申请焊接技术发明专利:即搅拌摩擦焊(Friction Stir Welding,简称FSW)。由于在搅拌摩擦焊接过程中会涉及到温度场变化、组织变化、应力应变、材料的流动以及振动等各个方面的问题。因此对于深入研究搅拌摩擦焊中的焊接机理,提高焊接质量,已成为搅拌摩擦焊接技术研究的一个重要领域。对搅拌摩擦焊接工艺中的三向力、扭矩和温度信号的测试与分析是深入研究搅拌摩擦焊技术的一个重要途径。而双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接是近年来发展的一种新的焊接技术,在航空航天、国防工业、造船等领域有着非常广泛的应用。

在本论文中,采用的是7。8mm厚的6061-T6铝合金,根据不同的方案,分析双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接试验中的三向力、温度以及扭矩参数的变化,从而提高搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)的焊接质量,并以此设计出一整套同时对各个参数的在线检测系统。由硬件和软件两个部分组成整个系统,其中软件既是包括存储、分析和显示的LabVIEW软件。生产者-消费者模型是LabVIEW的采用模式:所谓的生产者是信号采集处理,而消费者指对力、转矩、温度等信号的在实时分析存储。这些都为搅拌摩擦焊接技术的进一步研究奠定了良好的技术上的支持及理论基础。基于LabVIEW语言开发了一套的在线检测系统,实现了焊接过程信号的数据采集、存储和信号特征获取。通过做实验证明了该采集系统操作简便,稳定可靠。87107

Abstract In 1991, the British Welding Institute (The Welding Institude) application of welding technology patents: the FSW (Friction Stir Welding,referred FSW)。 Since the friction stir welding process will involve various aspects of the change in temperature, welding material organizational changes, stress and strain, the flow of material and vibration。 Therefore,for in-depth study of the mechanism of friction stir welding welding to improve welding quality, has become an important field of friction stir welding technology research。 Friction stir welding process in the three forces, test and analysis of speed, torque and temperature signals are in-depth study of an important way of friction stir welding technology。 The dual shoulder FSW is a new welding technology developed in recent years in the aerospace, defense industry,shipbuilding and other fields has a very wide range of applications。

In this paper, using 7。8 mm thick 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, depending on the program, analyze changes dual shoulder friction stir welding test in three-way force,  temperature, speed and torque parameters, thereby improving improve stirred friction welding (FSW) welding quality, and in order to design a set of simultaneous on-line monitoring and feedback systems to detect various parameters。 Hardware and software components of the whole system, which includes both software store,analyze and display the LabVIEW software。 Producer - consumer model is the use of LabVIEW mode: the so-called producer is the signal acquisition and processing,and consumers refers to the force, speed, torque, temperature and other signals in real-time analysis of storage。 These are for further study of friction stir welding technology has laid a very good technical support and theoretical basis。 Based on LabVIEW language has developed an on-line detection system, the welding process signal data acquisition, storage, and signal characteristics get。 By doing experiments prove that the acquisition system is simple ,stable and reliable。
