摘要中老年人通常需要长期服用药物治疗慢性疾病,而快节奏的社会生活子女往往没有足够的时间照料长辈,中老年群体记忆力衰退,经常会出现忘记吃药、重复吃药和吃药过量等情况,轻则药物治疗效果不佳,重则危及生命。86996

智能药箱含有手机端App和药箱中心系统。子女等相关监护人在手机App设定吃药闹钟信息(吃药时间、药品名称、药剂量)。药箱中心会根据设定的信息,按时智能响铃提醒中老年人吃药,在吃药时通过液晶屏显示屏和语音播报两种方式提示药物剂量指南。药箱中心还包含紧急呼叫和漏吃药短信预警功能。

手机端App基于Android平台设计,药箱中心采用嵌入式技术。药箱中心以Arm11处理器作为核心处理单元,基于Linux系统和Qt图形框架设计,通过GSM模块、人体红外感应模块和霍尔感应模块等传感器协助采集用户数据,多线程处理采集到的数据,进程协作完成核心功能,借助彩色液晶屏和Mplayer播放语音文件等方式完成信息显示和人机交互设计。

借助智能药箱,中老年根据系统提示可以正确地完成吃药流程,子女通过短信预警掌握其吃药情况。药箱缓解了子女工作压力,改善中老年群体家庭健康医疗状况,提高生活品质。

Abstract Middle-aged and elderly people usually need long-term medication in treatment of chronic diseases, but their children often do not have enough time to take care of them in the fast pace of social life。 Due to memory loss, they often forget to take medication or repeat medication, and medication overdose is common among them。 These may result in ineffective drug therapy, sometimes even life-threatening harm。

Intelligent medicine box is composed of mobile App and medicine box center。 Children and other related guardians can set alarm information of medication(medication time, name of the drug, dosage) through the mobile App。 According to the information set by people, the medicine box center will ring to remind the elderly to take medicine timely and prompt drug dosage guidelines through the LCD screen display and voice broadcast。 The medicine box center also contains functions of emergency calls and warning of missing to take medicine。 

The design of mobile App is based on Android platform and the medicine box center uses embedded technology。 The center uses Arm11 processor as the core processing unit。 The design is based on Linux system and Qt graphical framework, which collects user data through the GSM module, human infrared sensor module and Hall sensor module and other sensors。 The multi-thread processes the collected data and the process performs core functions。 Information display and human-computer interaction are implemented through color LCD screen and Mplayer playing voice files。

With the intelligent medicine box, the elderly can complete the medication process correctly according to the system prompts, their children will know the situation by warning messages。 The medicine box relieves children’s work stress, and improves health status of middle-aged and elderly groups, also improves their quality of life。
