焓差实验室的温度控制系统设计

摘要随着自动化水平的快速提高,计算机在工业方面广泛运用,人对自动化的要 求越来越高,许多控制设备和装置在工业领域得到了广泛的应用,传统的控制软 件已无法满足用户的需求,则组态软件应运而生。力控组态软件也是组态软件的 一种。84576

本校焓差实验室采用力控组态软件进行控制,但在控制流程上,室内室外间 温度控制的 PID 算法是使用 PID 调节器来实现的,未使用软件 PID 控制,该方式 增加了硬件成本,同时不能对室内温度进行有效的自动控制。

本课题从焓差实验室的温度着手,将 PID 模块嵌入软件中,并实现了对温度 调节设备运行状态的监测及自动控制,这样可以使软件自动运行,减少人工操作 的频率。本文在基于文献检索的基础上,从方案的提出和设计开始,对所需的硬 件选型,详细介绍了软件设计,旨在通俗易懂的还原软件的设计过程,设计了控 制流程图、显示界面、PID 界面、报警和报表,编写了控制策略流程图,最后对 软件运行测试,在策略正确的前提下,连接了研华 4000 系列模块的部分设备。 通过该课题,改进了原有的焓差实验室软件,减少了硬件的个数,使设备更具经 济性,软件更自动化。

Abstract With the rapid increase of automation level, the computer is widely used in industry。People more and more high to the requirement of automation。Many control devices and device has been widely used in industrial field。The traditional control software have been unable to meet the needs of users, the configuration software arises at the historic moment。Force control configuration software is one of the configuration software。

temperature control  ,PID algorithm is implemented using PID regulator, unusing

PID control software。The way increased the hardware cost。 At the same time it cannot be effective to indoor temperature automatic control。

This topic from the temperature of the enthalpy difference laboratory, the PID module into software。 And realized the temperature control equipment running status monitoring and automatic control。 It can make the software to run automatically, reduce the frequency of the manual operation。In this paper, based on the literature search, since scheme was proposed and design of the hardware selection, software design are introduced in detail, designed to easy to understand the reduction of the software design process。 Design the control flow chart, the display interface, PID interface, alarm and report。 Write the flow chart of control strategy。 Finally, the software runs test。 In the strategy under the premise of right, connects the research China 4000 series modules of a part of the equipment。Through the subject, improved the original enthalpy potential laboratory software, reduce the number of the hardware, the device is much more economical and more automation software。
