摘要:碳酸钙作为典型的多晶型生物矿物和无机材料,具有三个结构:方解石(Calcite),球霰石(Vaterite)以及文石(Aragonite),在医疗、环境和工业等行业中中应用极其广泛。利用共沉淀法,将氯化钙和碳酸钠在咖啡酸的乙醇溶液中制成纳米碳酸钙载药微球,即CA/ CaCO3纳米复合微球。并考察了在不同的浓度、时间和乙醇条件对于复合微球成果的载药量、形貌特征和纯度等等的影响。同时利用RP-HPLC进行了该载药材料.吸附与解吸附的模拟实验。结果表明纳米碳酸钙的载药性能十分优良,比表面积大,同时具有缓释效果,能有效减少病人的给药次数,增加病人顺应性,也可以长时间保持血药浓度较高,维持在有效范围内,增加生物利用度。58055

Study on the adsorption capacity of nano drug loaded materials by RP-HPLC

Abstract:Calcium carbonate as the typical polycrystalline biological minerals and inorganic materials, with three structure: Calcite  and Vaterite and Aragonite, in health, the environment and industry application is extremely extensive. Calcium chloride and sodium carbonate were prepared by co precipitation method in the ethanol solution of coffee acid, and the CA/ CaCO3 nano composite microspheres were prepared. The effects of different concentration, time and ethanol conditions on the drug loading, morphology and purity of the composite microspheres were investigated. At the same time, a simulation experiment was carried out on the adsorption and desorption of the carrier material by using the liquid chromatograph. Results show that nano calcium carbonate carrier delivery performance is very excellent, specific surface area, and has sustained release effect, can effectively reduce the patient dosing frequency and increase patient compliance, a long time to maintain higher blood drug concentration, maintained within the effective range, increasing the bioavailability.
