设计总说明叶酸,又被称作文生素M;文生素Bc;文生素B9。它是一种淡黄色物质,溶于热水,也可溶于吡啶。如果缺乏叶酸会引起骨髓巨红细胞成熟受损,也可能巨红细胞贫血,还伴有白血球减少症,又可能导致妊娠中毒、早产、产后出血等多种疾病。叶酸主要分布在动物肝脏,绿叶蔬菜和微生物中。目前,叶酸的生产主要是化学合成,使用化学合成提取叶酸作为药物补充尚存在一些问题。正因为如此,发酵法生物合成的叶酸片市场潜力巨大,叶酸的车间生产工艺也显得尤为重要。33628
叶酸的合成工艺有几种方法,本设计最终采用工业化可行性和可操作性最大的通过对氨基苯甲酰谷氨酸,三氨基嘧啶硫酸盐,三氯丙酮及焦硫酸钠来合成叶酸。且以此工艺路线为基准设计工业生产过程。
采用现在市场中方便易得的工艺生产所需的原料,确定物料来源、价格和规格等,确定每种原料及最终成品的物性数据等。将对氨基苯甲酰谷氨酸,三氨基嘧啶硫酸盐,三氯丙酮及焦硫酸钠,合成反应时间控制在2小时且温度控制在50-60℃等,并利用叶酸的工艺研究中的确定的最佳工艺参数:进行物料和能量衡算。进而根据能量衡算确定生产过程使用的设备型号。
根据国家对药物企业生产的一系列要求,开发并设计适用于实际生产的工艺流程和设备布置图。
