摘要:己二酸单甲酯类是广泛使用的一类抑菌剂,具有杀菌谱广、对其他生物毒性低、环境相容性好等优点,但其水溶性差,在使用过程中易出现分层,极大地影响其使用效果。抑菌剂在油和水中的溶解度,直接影响其抑菌效果。新型抑菌剂的设计原则是要设计出油溶性小而水溶性大的抑菌剂。季铵盐抑菌剂水溶性和抑菌活性较好,这类抑菌剂的抑菌作用随季铵盐类结构变化的一般规律是:随着烷基链的增长,抑菌能力增强;但到一定长度,抑菌力反而下降。己二酸单甲酯是重要的医药中间体,是人工合成五子丙素和五子丁酯的重要中间产物,同时己二酸单甲酯也是一种重要的新型药物,随着人们对新型药物研究的不断深入,己二酸单甲酯将受到人们更多地关注。因此,合成己二酸单甲酯具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。本实验是采用己二酸与甲醇在浓硫酸的催化条件下得到己二酸单甲酯和己二酸二甲酯,再进行分离。27891
