摘要为了解南京市颗粒物污染状况及其对人群健康的影响,针对南京市东郊(南京理工大学和瑞金路国控)的颗粒物浓度,结合南京理工大学医院上呼吸道感染门诊数,对两者的关联性进行了研究。通过2015年3月到4月期间在南京理工大学校内进行了为期两个月的采样,并统计瑞金路国控点的空气质量数据和南京市相关气象数据,结合南京理工大学医院上呼吸道感染日门诊数进行分析。26970
从大气颗粒物数据上看,研究期间校内采样点PM2.5、PM5、PM10、TSP日平均浓度分别为71.36μg/m3、84.68μg/m3、96.66μg/m3、107.09μg/m3,颗粒物浓度较高,污染较严重。从瑞金路国控点得到的PM2.5和PM10日平均浓度分别为55.49μg/m³和88.45μg/m³,超标率分别为13.11%和6.55%。

Title    Correlation analysis between the air particulate pollution and upper respiratory tract infection in Nanjing                            
Abstract
In order to illustrate the PM condition in Nanjing and effects it does to human health, we conduct a study on the relationship between the particulate matter concentration in the eastern suburbs of Nanjing(Nanjing University of Science and Technology and the monitoring station of RuiJin Road) and the upper respiratory tract infections outpatient visits in Nanjing University of Science and Technology Hospital. Through sampling in the campus during March and April in 2015 and recording the air quality index and the relevant weather date, we combine them with the outpatient visits to do the research.
The data shows that in the university the concentration is 71.36μg/m3,84.68μg/m3 ,96.66μg/m3 and 107.09μg/m3 respectively when the PM2.5,PM5,PM10 and TSP which means that the concentration is high and the pollution is serious, and in the monitoring station the concentration is 55.49μg/m3 and 88.45μg/m3 respectively when the PM2.5,PM5,PM10 which means  the over-limit ratio is respectively 13.11% and 6.55%.
The research demonstrates the outpatient visit of upper respiratory tract infections increases as the particulate matter concentration growing.It also turns out that people from different genders and ages respond differently to the change of the concentration. People over 65 years old and women are more easily to be affected by the particulate matter.
