摘要：随着上海这个国际化城市的发展，上海郊区的城市化进程日益加速。本设计所选用的地块曾经是奉贤区南桥镇的中心点，经济、文化、政治的交集处。而经过了城市的快速发展，商圈的转移，政治中心的迁址。这个昔日“中心广场”的使用愈渐偏离设计初衷，多处设施荒废或变为鸡肋。62030
设计取奉贤“敬贤思齐”的主要中心思想，希望人人都有一颗敬贤之心。本设计根据调查而将地块做了一定改动，原本地块东南方的商业圈人流已不再鼎盛；曾经人气旺盛的中央旱地喷泉早已年久失修；中央广场也应活动减少而闲比用多；周围的社区老龄化日益明显。因此设计将原本的中心广场面积缩小，将活动区域划分开来。让不同需求的居民能够得到更多的满足。

1 选用地块的城市背景与概况
1.1奉贤南桥的发展：
